Convenient location and comfortable beds. Enjoyed the gesture of having biscuits with tea. Spacious room with friendly staff. Close proximity to Sutherland Hospital for early appointments. Excellent customer service with efficient check-in.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent considering its convenient location on the main highway. The prices were reasonable, especially for a room with a kitchenette equipped with all the basic amenities. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were pleased to find a large bathroom with a spa bath, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the breakfast, although limited to takeaway cereal, was included in the price, adding to the overall convenience and affordability of our stay.
Fortunately, there was nothing that we felt needed improvement during our stay.

The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean and crisp. The hotel's location on the Princes Highway did not result in any bothersome traffic noise, great for a peaceful night's sleep. the reception staff was friendly and helpful, offering useful directions.
The breakfast options were limited and could use more variety.

The location was convenient, with close proximity to Miranda shopping center, Gymea cafes, and Cronulla beach. The room was clean and tidy, with a generously sized bathroom that had recently been renovated. The hotel provided ample parking space, although there were some challenges with maneuvering around trucks parked there.
The dining room had some cleanliness issues, including dirty tablecloths.

They were great too address any issues that arose and ensure our comfort. The room we stayed in was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to rest. The buffet breakfast was satisfying and had a good variety of options. We also appreciated the option to hire a cot for our toddler, making it convenient for us to pack and prepare for our travels.
